
To achieve our 2010 Vision,
we must meet these objectives:

Establish clinical program priorities with corresponding services.

Create a regionally integrated care model with clearly defined roles and expectations; never turn away a regional patient that is appropriate for TBRHSC.

Improve wait times (measured at the 90th percentile) and outcomes for benchmark procedures in priority programs.

Provide care within benchmark length of stay; and achieve a patient satisfaction score at, or above, Ontario hospital average.

Achieve recognition as a leader in the use of technology in support of quality patient care
and research.

Generate $15 million in annual research grant funding; and achieve 7% annual patient accrual to clinical trials in priority program areas.

Achieve a physician and employee satisfaction rating that exceeds the Ontario hospital average – 70% of staff and physicians believe TBRHSC is a great place to work.
