Establish a patient care model that provides quality and continuity of care for all patients in our diverse communities by developing more integrated and collaborative relationships with our clinicians.

Enrich our corporate culture by: developing expectations for performance and behaviour; investing in employee development; fostering teamwork and; increasing the diversity of our staff.

Reinforce a leadership philosophy that reflects the code of conduct; works with staff in an open, respectful environment and recognizes achievements and excellence.

Strengthen regional partnerships based on clearly defined expectations.

Develop and deploy corporate research and academic strategies.

Manage resources effectively.
We will foster a spirit of inquiry among our staff and physicians to create the evidence that will drive best practice and innovative health systems.
