To achieve our 2006/2007 goals, we will meet these key objectives:

Develop a patient care delivery model that is appropriately staffed and understood.

Develop a stable and well-staffed Hospitalist Program that provides 24 hour, 7 day a week service for unattached patients.

Identify appropriate leadership structures and priority programs.

Achieve physician and employee satisfaction scores within the range of the Ontario average that rank TBRHSC a great place to work.

Establish clearly defined cultural norms that are embodied in the code of conduct.

Secure academic status, with appropriate funding, for TBRHSC from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.

Achieve a balanced budget – with no reduction in the quality of patient care that is provided.
