Develop effective structures, processes and supports to allow physicians to function effectively in both Most Responsible Physician, and consultative roles.

Develop a new model of clinical care that promotes: multi-disciplinary teamwork; that capitalizes on the skills of advanced practice clinicians; and that integrates
and balances research and teaching roles and responsibilities.

Develop a strong Internal Medicine Service with clear roles and expectations.

Develop an effective Hospitalist Program that provides 24 hour, 7 day a week service to unattached patients.

Establish an integrated cardiology service.
