As a key member of our progressive and multi-disciplinary department, you will provide drug therapy monitoring and inpatient counselling playing a leading role in our pharmacokinetic, drug information, and patient care rounds. Registered to practice or eligible for registration in Ontario, you ideally have hospital experience. Your interpersonal and communication skills are complemented by the ability to optimize our fully computerized facility. Recruitment and relocation allowances are available.
