The Healthy Beginnings Prenatal Program is a two-part prenatal education program offered in partnership with the Thunder Bay District Health Unit.
A
series of four prenatal education sessions.

- Healthy Eating
- Breastfeeding (why to?)
- Preterm Labour
- Stress Management
- Postpartum Depression
- Infant Safety
The classes also offer a Moms’ Only/Dads’ Only
session.
A series of six childbirth classes taken after 28 weeks of
pregnancy to prepare for an optimal birth experience. Register
early at 20 weeks to confirm your space in the Prenatal Classes.
Effective June 1, 2006, the cost of pre-natal classes will
be $100 per series.
